3.3 Payment Data

Payments made through the Site are handled externally through the PayPal payment gateway. The Company does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information. PayPal is the data controller of your financial data.

4. Purpose of the Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Prepare quotes for rental services

5. Data Retention

5.1 Contact Form Data

The data collected through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to respond to your request and provide the requested quotes. Subsequently, the data will be deleted unless a contractual process is initiated.

5.2 Rental Contract Data

Rental contract data is stored on Google Drive for the entire duration of the service provision. Subsequently, the data is retained for three (3) months from the end of the rental period, in order to manage any investigations by law enforcement authorities regarding traffic violations or administrative fines incurred during the rental period. After three months, the data will be deleted.

5.3 Payment Data

Payment data is managed by PayPal according to their retention policies. The Company does not store payment data on its own systems.

6. Legal Basis of Processing

The processing of personal data is based on:

  • Contract: Processing is necessary for the performance of the rental contract (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR)
